Responsibilities:
1. You will be introduced to the responsibilities of a food technology specialist
2. You will learn how to operate, monitor, and control our production facilities
3. You will assist with maintenance work and production trials
4. You will learn how chemical and physical analyses are conducted in the laboratory for quality assurance
5. Benefit from individual support and diverse projects throughout your training
6. You will have the opportunity to visit our sister company in Canada and learn about the production of food colorants
7. Training sessions and seminars are also integral parts of your apprenticeship
Qualifications:
8. At least a good secondary school diploma
9. Interest in and understanding of technical processes
10. High level of commitment and initiative
11. Independent working style
12. Ability to work well in a team and actively collaborate with others
13. Strong awareness of quality and hygiene standards
14. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
