* Support cyber continuity and incident response planning, helping prepare teams for critical cyber events.
* Develop tailored plans for emergency management and cyber-attack scenarios across regional and plant-specific contexts.
* Align Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with global standards while adapting them to local OT environments.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the OT-specific Information Security Management System (ISMS), translating governance into actionable controls.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* At least 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role managing OT cybersecurity activities.
