Works closely with Divisional HR Director, Business Unit Local team (HR/Finance) to coordinate and consolidate hiring plan, forecast and budget for HCs/FTEs and employment cost
Supports BU Finance and Comply Controlling in preparing the end to end Divisional FTE/HC/employment cost forecast
Supports Divisional Resource Committee with data organization and coordination
Cost data for reporting and forecasting ensuring constant monitoring using key figures
Further development of the existing processes in close collaboration with Divisional HR/Controlling and Group HR
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Dual Studies and relevant experience.
Ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
Experience with of MS Office / Excel and Reporting systems, advantage is Anaplan, MyJ
