Primary Responsibilities
* Manage the administration of alternative investment funds, including fund structures such as open-ended and closed-ended funds.
* Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculations, investor reporting, and fund financial statements.
* Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and fund expenses in line with fund documentation and regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
* Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including financial consolidations of complex real estate structures.
* Manage group-level reporting, eliminations, and intercompany reconciliations.
* Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in fund administration.
* Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD and CSSF.
* Proficiency in fund accounting systems.
