Job Description Understand and interpret customer acceptance criteria for specific projects and products. Perform structured handover processes from manufacturing to commissioning phases. Strictly follow defined test procedures and ensure accurate execution. Conduct and document all serial test procedures, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability. Diagnose and repair failures promptly as they occur during testing. Track, analyze, and document system failures with precision and rigor. Escalate unresolved issues to the Test Manager in a timely manner. Identify and propose improvements to existing testing and commissioning processes. Work closely with Test Engineering, Industrial Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and performance. Monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability. Adhere to all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and policies. Report deviations, near-misses, and safety incidents promptly and accurately.
