You will drive efficiency initiatives to streamline technical processes and improve performance, manage multiple IT-Operations and customer projects, and ensure they meet scope, timelines, and quality standards. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, optimize customer experience and operational efficiency, lead meetings with IT teams, stakeholders, and customers, and provide reports and metrics on project and operational success. In critical incidents, you act as primary incident manager, ensuring rapid response, resolution, and communication. Key Resonsibilities Initiate, manage, and execute IT projects with a focus on customer-centric and efficiency-driven objectives Engage effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers through strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrate accountability and alignment with company and customer goals Apply analytical thinking to solve complex IT operations and project challenges Show adaptability, service orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture while maintaining excellent customer relationships What you'll need Completed education in an IT-related field or ideally a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or development Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, with proficiency in Agile methods and tools like Confluence and Jira Solid understanding of ITIL practices and IT process management Strong command of German and good proficiency in English What you can expect At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
