Role Summary
As an Offshore Notfallsanitäter, you will provide advanced prehospital care and emergency medical support in offshore environments, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of personnel working in remote and high-risk settings. You will operate within a multidisciplinary team, delivering clinical care aligned with German standards and company protocols, while maintaining operational readiness and supporting emergency response plans. Please note this role is open to any location in Germany.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver high-quality emergency and primary care to offshore personnel.
* Respond to medical incidents, stabilizing and managing patients until definitive care is available.
* Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with German healthcare regulations.
* Conduct routine health checks and promote occupational health and wellbeing.
* Ensure medical facilities and equipment are operational, stocked, and compliant.
* Participate in emergency drills and support site-specific emergency response plans.
* Communicate effectively with onshore medical support and client representatives.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through incident reviews and feedback.
* Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
Essential: German registered Notfallsanitäters, Advanced life support, GW, Prehospital Trauma
Desired: SRHT Rescue qualification, GWO Basic Safety Training
Experience
Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency or prehospital care,
Desired: Offshore wind experience
Knowledge & Skills
Essential: Fit for offshore work (GWO training and medical fitness certification).
