The Operational Project Management – Legal & Compliance & Risk Operations team focuses on cornerstones such as: Technology, driving forwards technology and digitalization efforts in the L&C&R area. Projects, identifying and managing projects. IT Systems & Data, maintaining and coordinating IT related questions for L&C&R.
This role is based in our Frankfurt office.
What you will do
* Support L&C&R team in managing project demands and timelines
* Run in-depth analysis on business processes, form factual overview on the stated problems or objectives
* Prepare Power-Point slide deck for management, summarising and visualizing the key project objectives and goals, key project messages and findings
* Prepare reports on key operational and substantive metrics for the practice group that will better inform decision-making, including matter and work product analyses
* Support in implementing tools for the L&C&R department to streamline new or existing practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, risk management, sales, operations, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance as well as well as various business units
* Use Generative AI to automate reporting and build presentations that enhance efficiency and impact
* Contribute to finance transformation initiatives by supporting analysis and implementation efforts
* Support the Business Analysis team in testing and validating new features to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
What you bring
* Highly motivated master student in Banking & Finance or Business Administration, or you are listed as a student at a university for at least 4 semesters of bachelor studies
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong initiative and proactivity
* Strong customer service focus
* Very strong written, oral, listening and presentation communication skills, and interpersonal skills
* Advanced Microsoft office e.g. PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Business Intelligence experience (preferred PowerBI)
* Proficiency in English required, German and further languages would be a plus
* Experience in Gen AI for reporting and automation.
