Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join mission-driven team at the intersection of digital health, dermatology, and clinical research. In this strategic role, you will act as a scientific liaison to leading dermatology study centers, academic institutions, and pharmaceutical collaborators. Your work will directly contribute to the scientific validation and clinical adoption of cutting-edge digital medical devices in dermatology.

Your Core Responsibilities
* Design, coordinate, and oversee pilot and validation studies
* Prepare study protocols, ethics submissions, and regulatory documentation
* Serve as the primary point of contact for academic and clinical research partners
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
* Establish and maintain partnerships with university hospitals, research institutions, and industry sponsors
* Present and publish scientific results to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Represent the organization at scientific conferences, workshops, and industry events
* Support and prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections
* Collaborate with product and tech teams to align development with clinical relevance
* Deliver training on clinical research methods and dermatological content to internal staff
* Contribute to the publication of peer-reviewed scientific articles
Your Profile
* Academic degree (MSc, MD, PhD) in medicine, life sciences, natural sciences, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating interdisciplinary research projects in dermatology or related clinical domains
* Hands-on expertise in clinical study execution, from protocol development to analysis
* Ideally based in or affiliated with a university clinic or dermatology study center
* Strong command of English for scientific communication and documentation
* Genuine interest in digital health innovation and new care models
* Confident communicator able to translate complex research into actionable insights
