* We produce products used in automotive, health and hygiene products, and recyclable food packaging among others.
* We are seeking a full-time Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at our Gersthofen Industrial Park site.
As our 'Ambassador of Change', you will identify relevant technology trends and initiate innovative solutions to strengthen our competitiveness long-term.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning, controlling, and implementing interdisciplinary IT/digitalization projects with a focus on production optimization, cost reduction, and IT security.
2. Identifying and applying digital tools to support transformation projects, particularly through modeling, data linking, and using AI/ML tools.
3. Introducing new systems for visualizing and evaluating data or optimizing existing systems.
4. Analyzing individual projects (identifying associated opportunities and risks, evaluating feasibility, and profitability).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, your profile should include:
* Completed studies in business informatics or completed training as an IT system administrator or similar.
* Experience in implementing digitalization/IT projects in an industrial environment.
* Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
* Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
* Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
