Description We are seeking a Quality Manager / Product Safety to lead and manage the Quality Assurance team. This position is a strong resource to the Quality Director, Product Safety & EHS and provides support to Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, Operations and General Management functions. What you’ll do: Support and maintenance of the integrated management system such a FSSC 22000, ISO9001:2015, GMP, HALAL, organic Manage the process of the customer complaint management, determination of root cause, establishment of corrective measures Conduct supplier and customer audits, processing of action plans considering food law and the application of the pharmacopoeia Support of document management such as ISO manual, SOP’s, maintenance of the training software Plegro Assist in implementation of risk assessments for new products, new raw materials Create, update and review internal documents such as quality specifications, raw material documentation, purchasing specifications, supplier evaluations, etc. Representation of Sensient Technologies Europe's quality management requirements in quality projects / forums What you’ll bring: Master degree of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry or comparable qualification or a Bachelor's degree with professional experience Professional experience and leadership skills in the field of quality assurance, GFSI recognized food safety management systems like FSSC 22000, product documentation and food law Proficiency German and English (written and spoken) Solid computer skills, ideally skilled in JDE, Devex and Salesforce What you’ll get: Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond About Sensient: Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
