WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Advising internal departments on all issues relating to the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.) environment or for other project management applications
2. Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications
3. Customizing the applications via low-code
4. Efficient implementation of incident and problem management as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related requests
5. Management of IT projects in compliance with specifications regarding time, content and costs
6. Coordination of external service providers
The position can be filled in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel and Neuenstadt.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
7. Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a similar course of study with an IT focus, alternatively comparable professional experience
8. Professional experience in conception, operation and consulting in the Atlassian environment
9. In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management required
10. Experience in administration in the Linux environment is an advantage
11. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript an advantage
12. Methodical knowledge ideally certifications in the areas of project management and IT service management
13. Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
14. Quick comprehension, ability to think abstractly as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
15. Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
16. Confident communication and presentation skills
