Your future duties and responsibilities :
As an Enterprise Architect (m/w/d), you will support our clients in their digital transformation efforts. Your responsibilities include formulating target architectures for business and IT, establishing architectural guidelines (technological / business), and describing strategic roadmaps for implementing future business and operational models. You will advise on complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects, identify dependencies and improvement potentials, and develop new standards. Your goal is to continuously improve efficiency in terms of functionality, security, and cost-effectiveness. Analyzing complex system landscapes and engaging in innovative discussions with clients are key aspects of your role.
You will also take a leading role in company-wide and external events to share expertise, deepen industry knowledge, and enhance CGI's visibility in the market.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
* Completed degree and recognized expertise in application or enterprise architectures within complex insurance business models and system landscapes.
* Understanding of insurance business models and processes, especially in the context of digital transformation.
* Knowledge and experience with EA methods, frameworks, and governance structures.
* Strong communication and motivation skills, with the ability to network in multicultural, international environments.
* High customer orientation and leadership skills.
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Beyond technical expertise, social skills are essential. You should be able to actively listen, analyze customer requirements thoroughly, and present confidently. Enjoying teamwork and being flexible intellectually are also important.
