🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a 5-member SDV engineering team supporting vehicle commissioning.
* Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between OEM Client, suppliers, and ESP team.
* Plan and manage commissioning strategy, tool readiness, and vehicle flash packages.
* Coordinate integration, diagnostics, debugging, and reporting across mule, prototype, and pre-series builds.
* Organize support for vehicle test trips (winter/summer) and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Conduct weekly status reviews, issue reporting, and risk tracking with OEM leads.
* Ensure compliance with Client toolchains, standards, and release processes.
âś… Must-Have Skills:
* 10+ years of experience in whole-vehicle EE commissioning and validation.
* Proven leadership in SDV/EE integration projects (vehicle-level exposure is a must).
* Strong knowledge of ODIS, RVT, CANoe, INCA, Vector hardware.
* Expertise in diagnostics, flashing, coding, and root cause analysis at vehicle level.
* Excellent project management, planning, and communication skills.
* Languages: German (fluent, mandatory), English (mandatory for international coordination).
