Your new job includes
As a Buying Assistant (m/w/d), you will actively and passionately support the purchasing team in day-to-day administrative business.
In particular, you will
* be involved in communication with national and international suppliers and our internal departments
* take on the coordination of product range-related point of sale (POS) activities
* check all relevant purchasing data in close cooperation with our master data team and prepare monthly evaluations and analyses
* check incoming invoices and clarify invoice discrepancies with our suppliers
* assist with oorder preparation and follow-up, as well as assortment creation, and create sales lists, budget queries, and order sheets
* contribute to the preparation of presentations for meetings, support the implementation of the NOS assortment, and share sales reports with suppliers
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed commercial training or a Bachelor's degree
* Ideally initial experience in a purchasing department in an international trading company or in dealing with customers and suppliers
* Confident MS Office skills, especially in Excel and ideally experience in working with SAP
* Fluent in German and English
* A high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of administrative activities
* Strong communication skills, which makes it easy for you to communicate beyond your own team
