🚀 Workday HCM Consultant / Senior Consultant


💡 Are you a Workday expert who’s ready to go beyond the basics — and shape bigger solutions across HCM and beyond?


We are currently supporting one of the leading Workday partners in Germany as they look to expand their team with an experienced Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant.


You’ll join a collaborative team of specialists delivering complex and interesting Workday projects across a wide range of industries.


The focus is on HCM Core, but you’ll bring experience in additional Workday modules – from Absence or Compensation to Talent, Security, or Reporting.


If you enjoy variety, learning, and taking ownership, this team offers room to grow – including potential for Solution Architecture responsibilities and even a path into Service Management for those interested.


What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong experience with Workday HCM

✅ Additional Workday module knowledge – any area welcome

✅ German & English fluency

✅ Ability to engage clients, configure solutions, and deliver hands-on

✅ (Optional but valuable) Solution Architecture or cross-module design experience

✅ (Optional) Interest in Service Management or long-term client ownership
