Head of Digital Marketing & CRM | DTC Challenger This is a very exciting opportunity to lead digital campaign planning and CRM for a scaling DTC business. Why should you join? Opportunity to lead the trading plan campaign strategy across CRM (email & print), as well as META and performance channels. International scope - very strong across EU markets and always expanding. Exciting business - very fast paced and lots of scope! Great for a strong Digital Marketing Manager looking for a step up. Hybris set up with 3 days in office and a sociable culture. The Role You will be responsible for developing and executing a monthly trading plan campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and key topics, optimising for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion. Lead monthly trading campaign strategy. Manage and optimise CRM campaigns (email and print), driving personalisation and effectiveness. Develop, test and execute META advertising campaigns (with an internal media buyer). Implement structured A/B testing strategies to enhance campaigns and engagement. Monitor and analyse performance metrics. You The skillset below is needed, but this business puts a big focus on people and attitude if youre hungry, have a growth mindset, want to make an impact - that will go a long way! Experience in a DTC business (ideally in the FMCG/beauty space). Proven success in Meta advertising, with case studies showcasing ROAS and CPA improvements. Strong expertise in campaign strategy, A/B testing, and performance marketing. Experience in CRM, including email marketing and print campaigns. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing performance, whilst having previous experience in working with Asana and Tableau is a plus.
