Your missions
* Create and lead a dynamic business development strategy.
* Inspire and coordinate a team of business developers and agronomic technical consultants in several regions.
* Identify, initiate and develop new market opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agricultural retailers, co-operatives and key industry players.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and global teams to drive innovation.
* Manage regional and national P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
* Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and strategy meetings.
Your contributions
* A strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's farmers.
* A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actions and strategy into results.
* Master's level, expertise developed over at least 7 years in business development and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
* The ability to lead and unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects.
* In addition to German, given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.
Work environment
* Reports to the General Management / Staff members.
* Frequent travel (up to 70%), including occasional domestic and international travel.
