Hauptaufgaben
Utilizes Army Tactical Enterprise Logistics Systems Global Combat Support Systems – Army (GCSS-Army) with Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) peripherals daily to process business transactions to ensure Logistic Information System (LIS) Tactical Enterprise Logistics Systems (TELS), and office automation/IT equipment/systems (COTS-IT) accountability, duties include; Lateral Transfers, Asset Adjustments, Administrative Adjustment Reports, Hand Receipts, Asset Visibility, inventories, goods receipts, and produce document for items sent to DLA Disposition Services. Receives shipments of TELS/LIS and Office Automation equipment and supplies from Government and commercial vendors' pallets customer units and sources of supply. Uploads and download shipments utilizing a 2-5k forklift. Conducts inventory of shipments and capture of serial numbers and other receipt information, annotates reports discrepancies, breaks down pallets and moves property to designated locations throughout the warehouse using a hand dolly/truck and or a forklift to store items on shelves. Have the ability to process wholesale receipts using internal processes related to Property Book operations. Investigates receiving documents involving discrepancies, such as overages, shortages, substitutes and non-specific items. Check items against proper shipping documentation for automated and non-automated receipts and inputs receipt into GCSS-ARMY. Receives automated GCSS-ARMY generated forms for issuing and receding of TELS/LIS/COTS-IT equipment and ensures proper packaging, pulls from location by National Stock Number (NSN) and quantity the items indicated. Places clearly identified stock in appropriate temporary / permanent storage locations according to specific oral or written instructions and established methods. Uses other systems to validate unit authorizations (FMSWEB/LIW).
Manage and file GCSS-ARMY transaction documents IAW ARIMS, include forms: DA from 1348-1, DA form 1687, DA form 2062, DA form 2765-1, DA form 3161 and DA form 4949 etc.
Processes TELS/LIS/COTS-IT equipment for shipping, using other automated systems CMOS/RFID. Inspects item to ensure proper paper work, that includes transportation movement Request (TMR) and transportation movement control (TCMD) and other movement documents, is attached to equipment and item is properly packaged for shipping. Validate National Stock Number (NSN), and quantity. Moves items by handcart/dolly or forklift for shipment in accordance with shipping disposition. Processes TELS/LIS/COTS-IT equipment for turn-in. Reviews and edits turn-in item and documentation for completeness, LIN, National Stock Number (NSN) and Serial number accuracy and compliance with regulations. Process and distribute supply turn-ins with the use of GCSS-ARMY.
Processes property book transactions. Issues, reviews and edits temporary hand receipts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations. Processes automated and non-automated property book transactions utilizing GCSS-ARMY and the Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) and RFID tracking systems.
Office Automation Work. Operates GCSS-ARMY and other systems with Windows operating system. Office automation system includes but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook/Email/calendar, PDF processing. With minimum supervision performs day-to-day operations pertaining to receipt, issue and Asset Adjustments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

C-4a:
E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below.
Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.
E&T Level II: 1 year of creditable experience as defined in A below.
E&T Level III and above: No additional experience required.
Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.
C-5:
E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 1 year of experience as defined in B below.
Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.
E&T Level II: 1 year of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 1 year of experience as defined in B below.
E&T Level III and above: No additional experience required.
Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.
Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.
Experience B: Experience in the same or similar line of work as the job for which considered. The experience must demonstrate that the applicant possesses the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required in the position. The predominant experience must have been gained at a comparable level of difficulty to the position to be filled.
• Office automation skills are required.
• Forklift operator license is required.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level B2 AND German Language Proficiency level C2 required.

This is a permanent full time position (38.5 hrs/week).
Position may be filled at the C-4a or at the full performance level, C-05. The incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next higher or full performance level in accordance with regulatory requirements, upon completion of required training, and recommendation of supervisor.
Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
