Job Description
* Guide, train and supervise the Marketing Intelligence team to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights for all marketing channels and senior leadership
* Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve marketing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase performance through data-driven optimizations
* Build and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting infrastructure that support business-critical decisions across Paid Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Brand Marketing
* Train and develop team leads and technical staff to foster independence, quality delivery, and knowledge growth across MI and Automation
* Identify high-leverage use cases for automation and AI by working closely with stakeholders and converting these into scalable, measurable solutions
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced international environment, ideally with a background in marketing
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategy, familiarity with ETL-Tools and programming languages, e.g. Python would be a big plus!
* Skill in aligning automation and intelligence initiatives with overall business and marketing goals
* Experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
* Strong communication skills in English to effectively present insights and influence decision-making across multiple departments
