A leading company is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor - Wealth Planning to join its team.
The selected candidate will report to the Sales Department and work closely with other teams, including Legal, Administrative, and Marketing Departments, to ensure control and validation of innovative solutions developed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets to implement wealth and tax engineering solutions and building relationships with external advisors.
The key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical and legal support to sales teams (salespeople and partners).
* Conducting wealth, tax, and legal studies in the context of setting up or administering a life insurance and/or capitalization contract.
* Helping sales teams stand out from the competition, particularly through preferential treatment of high-end prospects (HNWI and UHNWI).
* Developing and delivering training programs for salespeople and partners on topics directly or indirectly related to the company's activities.
* Creating presentations and marketing materials related to wealth and estate engineering solutions for partners and sales teams in collaboration with the Sales Support and Marketing teams.
* Participating in communication actions and events for partners/clients.
* DIRECTLY intervening in certain approaches and meetings intended for partners to promote products and services offered by the company.
* Participating in the creation and updating of a database of various wealth and estate engineering solutions.
* Being proactive and actively participating in the development of new solutions/new products.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A university education in law, economics, and/or taxation.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Good knowledge of wealth, estate, and tax matters.
* Comfortable with structuring aspects related to life insurance.
* Autonomy, rigor, and organization skills.
* A strong commercial sense and good listening skills.
* Solution-oriented.
* Fluency in English. Any additional languages, especially Finnish or Swedish, are a huge advantage.
