YOUR TASKS
1. Governance of CD compliance throughout global BOT organization
2. Develop, create, adapt and implement brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines
3. Develop and implement internal and external brand communication activities
4. Support & consult central/local teams in brand related topics including tools and processes for harmonized execution
5. Conceptualize, develop and approve all brand merchandise (promo articles, fashion catalogue)
6. Ensure that all marketing material provided is in line with brand guidelines (Campaign/Content Management)
7. Govern the digital asset management and brand hub (Graphic hub, Content Management)
8. Support consistent brand roll-out throughout global BOT organization (brand, workstreams)
YOUR PROFILE
9. Proven advanced experience in marketing communication
10. Project management experience in matrix organizations
11. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on a project basis
12. Creative skills, results-oriented, pragmatic
13. Effective communication and networking skills
14. Teamplayer with hands-on mentality
15. Good English skills (B2/C1 Level).
