You will take full responsibility for an innovative “New Generation” product category with three subcategories. From brand positioning to activation and execution – you own it all. Does this appeal to you and would you like to become part of our team?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the key person for this category and manage it independently
* Build and maintain the brand for the entire category and its three subcategories
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities
* Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives for retail (POS), e-commerce, and events
* Create concepts, designs, and materials that cover all subcategories
* Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions and activations
* Manage projects and coordinate external partners such as agencies, designers, and production service providers
* Monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities
* Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams and travel regularly, mainly within Germany and Austria
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience in marketing and/or sales for FMCG products and brands
* Expertise in brand management and trade marketing
* Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong skills in concept development, e-commerce, and events
* Clear communication and solid project management skills
