Expert Finance Leader
The role involves leading the development and implementation of corporate finance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing corporate financing structures, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, term loans, private placements, and lease structures.
* Driving internal processes to ensure effective liquidity allocation across entities.
* Overseeing group factoring and receivables financing programs (recourse and non-recourse), including negotiation, implementation, and performance tracking.
* Collaborating with sales, accounting, and legal teams to ensure factoring arrangements are commercially sound and compliant.
* Ensuring timely and accurate internal and external reporting of financing activities, including debt schedules, covenant compliance, and financing-related disclosures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
* Seven to more than ten years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking, ideally within a global industrial or automotive sector.
* Proven track record in managing corporate financing structures, factoring programs, and related reporting requirements.
* Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy accompanied by sound knowledge of financial instruments, working capital solutions, and credit markets.
* Familiarity with treasury and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, treasury management systems) and advanced Excel proficiency.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an asset.
