Position Overview
As a Travel Support Advisor, you will assist travelers and accommodation partners using Booking.com. Your responsibility is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Support travelers and partners via phone and email, following established procedures
* Provide clear and precise information regarding bookings, payments, and service conditions
* Manage requests such as modifications, cancellations, and technical inquiries
* Mediate between guests and accommodation providers in a neutral and solution-oriented manner
* Document all interactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
* Maintain a professional approach in all communication
Requirements
* Icelandic (C2) and Advanced English
* Strong written and verbal communication with a structured approach
* Proficiency in Office 365, CRM tools and internal systems
* Ability to handle complex cases with calm and consistency
* Reliability, discipline and adaptability to process updates
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
* Interest in travel and accommodation platforms is beneficial
