Job Description We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth to design, launch, and scale TOPdesk’s partner strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join at the foundation stage, shape the function from the ground up, and build a growth engine that will leave a lasting mark on our international expansion. You will work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Professional Services to create a world-class ecosystem of technology, channel, and consulting partners. Your first focus will be on the DACH region, with the ambition to expand across Europe. What you’ll do Design & Launch Partner Program Build a structured partner framework including tiers, incentives, enablement, and governance. Expand Market Reach Develop reseller partnerships to accelerate new logo acquisition in SMB and mid-market segments. Build Integrations & Alliances Drive technology integrations and strategic alliances with ISVs to expand our ecosystem and customer value. Deliver Revenue Impact Generate measurable pipeline and ARR contribution through partner-sourced and influenced opportunities. Scale Partner Success Enable partners with training, co-selling plays, joint GTM campaigns, and clear delivery models. Measure & Optimize Own KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, integration launches, co-marketing reach, and partner satisfaction.
