What You'll Do:
We are seeking a true industry expert, capable of acting as an Industry Consultant for Classified (Automotive sector) & Marketplaces, conducting conversations at the highest levels within a global player, demonstrating thought leadership and driving strategic value of the client as a trusted and indispensable partner. You will be working with our most strategically forward-thinking and commercial clients, managing complex relationships to deliver growth for both Criteo and our Advertisers.
What you will do:
The Client Partner is the face of their client within Criteo, providing clients with servicing that is second to none. They run virtual matrix teams internally to ensure that these key strategic clients have the resources they need to deliver on objectives. The Client Partner is an Account leader, driving innovation within the organization from local operations to product management teams.
1. Responsible for growing your Classified (Automative sector) & Marketplaces accounts by building innovative and bespoke solutions designed to increase the ‘stickiness’ of the relationship and set Criteo apart from our competitors.
2. Manage and grow the client relationships (whole client organization up to C-Level) and drive strategic development
3. Be able to accurately forecast the existing business and new product opportunities while aiming at exceeding quarterly business targets
4. Analyse data trends and client performance to be able to put together business cases for clients to demonstrate the value of a more integrated set up or internal business cases for new product development
5. Create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client
6. Collaborate with fellow Client Partners to share best practices & be a functional leader of a virtual team (made of commercial & operations people) to transform strategy into results.
7. Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Product Marketing, Product, Central operations & R&D to optimize our client efforts
8. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Criteo, identifying winning strategies and scaling the insights throughout the vertical
Who You Are:
9. You are a talented, driven and client-centric professional with a strong desire to build ambitious visions that could translate into Criteo’s global strategy and shape future product developments
10. You demonstrate critical thinking and creative problem solving
11. You have an excellent track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
12. You demonstrate substantial experience in digital marketing with specific experience of managing up to C-Suite clients
13. You have exceptional knowledge of the Classified (especially Automative sector) & Marketplaces industry and relevant global markets
14. You have a deep understanding for digital Classified Marketplaces business models and complex project management in Adtech
15. Deep knowledge in digital media / AdTech, and the eco-system around digital advertising strategies (full funnel), plus understanding for Criteo´s position in this changing Classified Marketplaces industry
16. You feel passionate for interactive media, marketing and advertising and have a deep understanding of the whole ecosystem
17. You have a strong appetite for technical and analytical subjects, with an ability to translate this expertise into client-friendly language
18. You already had an experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
19. You can create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client
20. You have experience of coordinating or managing virtual teams
21. You are ambitious and love challenges.
