Your responsibilities
1. Take responsibility for the development and creation of documents such as specifications, pipe class determinations, plant and system layouts, 3D models, parts lists, tender packages and cost estimates.
2. Supervise the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects and ensure that they meet quality, budget and schedule requirements.
3. Work in cross-disciplinary teams to drive innovation, improve technical processes and lead projects to success.
4. Act as a point of contact for authorities, operators (at the sites) and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
5. Track industry trends and advances to keep the company at the forefront of technical excellence.
Your profile
6. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
7. At least 8 years of professional experience in the engineering of pipeline systems, preferably in high-pressure applications in the energy or oil & gas industry.
8. Specific knowledge and experience in the pipeline transport of natural gas, hydrogen, ammonia and carbon dioxide is an advantage.
9. Good knowledge of German and international regulations on high-pressure pipeline technology.
10. Proven experience in engineering and engineering management with a track record across the various project phases (from feasibility to commissioning).
11. Very good written and spoken German and English, min. C1.
12. Leadership qualities, and in particular the ability to abstract complex technical issues in order to present them convincingly.
13. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, combined with a willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
