YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process all incoming Personal Shopping customer returns efficiently and accurately.
* Monitor return shipments to ensure timely receipt and resolution.
* Manage support tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution of return-related queries.
* Record and document all problem cases with clear and comprehensive notes.
* Ensure all return activities are documented clearly in our systems and align with internal quality standards.
* Assist with root cause analysis for stock discrepancies and returns-related issues.
* Investigate and resolve stock variances and inventory queries.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
* Completed training in logistics or a commercial field.
* Experience in warehouse operations, including returns processing.
* Familiarity with luxury goods handling is a plus.
* Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (NAV) is essential.
* You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and bring a self-reliant, structured, and responsible working style.
* Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
