We are offering a fixed-term part-time position (50%) for 3 years. Fulltime employees are required to teach 4 hours per week during the semester.
Collaboration in research and teaching
Providing students with subject-related expertise and instruction on applying scientific methods
A degree in chemistry (master’s or equivalent) is necessary for this position.
Experience in multistep synthesis and fluorination chemistry is also requirement.
Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
German language skills are not required but the desire to learn would be advantageous.
A solid foundation in physical organic chemistry and an interest in reaction mechanisms would be advantageous.
