An exceptional opportunity to be key part of the global Oracle Cloud Fusion Program for a high-performance technology company that protects water quality around the world and is undertaking an extensive multi-year digital transformation initiative.
This 6-9 month contract will suit a Program Manager who has delivered multiple workstreams within largescale, international in-house Oracle Fusion ERP implementations (in partnership with SIs), has strong leadership, change & project management skills, and both German & English language ability.
The Opportunity

Based remotely in Germany (ideally Berlin), the Oracle Fusion ERP Program Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery engine and key workstreams within the Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation in partnership with a Big 4 System Integrator. This involves consolidating 9 ERPs, driving project teams through all phases of the implementation and rolling out across 43 countries.
This role requires extensive project management expertise, a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Applications to drive business solutions and process improvements, and the leadership, change management and communication skills to enable effective digital transformation.
Essential Functions
Integrated planning and execution management
* Develop and maintain integrated master plans across workstreams, regions, and vendors
* Manage dependencies, sequencing, and critical path visibility
* Coordinate workstream planning and milestone alignment
Delivery controls and cadence
* Operate RAID, action, and change control processes
* Run delivery cadence (Stand-ups, workstream reviews, integrated reviews)
* Maintain evidence-based tracking and reporting
Workstream and vendor coordination
* Coordinate operational delivery across internal teams and partners
* Track deliverables, signoffs, and readiness evidence
* Escalate risks, issues, or slippage outside agreed tolerances
Testing, data, and cutover coordination
* Coordinate testing cycles and readiness activities
* Manage data migration cycle planning and readiness tracking
* Develop and coordinate cutover planning and rehearsal activities including OCM visibility
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
* Largescale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience, ideally involving external SI partners
* Excellent Project Management and Change Management. A seasoned leader of large, diverse regional groups
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional planning & organizational abilities
* Based in Germany (ideally Berlin)with fluent/advanced German & English language skills
* Available to start at short notice (ideally 2-weeks, but maximum of 4 weeks)
