We are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Program Manager to steer and optimize media campaigns, conceive marketing tests, and develop display channel strategy.
The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, conduct parallel tests, and manage complex campaigns across regions and partners.
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with agencies, internal teams, and partners.
* Conduct A/B and multivariate tests with service providers, analyze results, and scale successful strategies.
* Introduce new creative formats, tracking methods, and media technologies to develop our marketing activities.
* Foster metrics like active buyers, Customer Lifetime Value, and revenue through data-driven experiments.
* Analyze trends in performance marketing and observe competitors to uncover new opportunities.
* Continuously improve campaign strategies, target audience engagement, creative assets, and bidding strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing large-scale, effective marketing experiences to support business growth.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in paid digital media with deep knowledge of current online marketing trends and platforms.
* Practical experience with Google Ads, DSPs, and networks like DV360, Criteo, and Yahoo; strong understanding of implementing CTV, online video, display, and audio campaigns.
* Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, managing external agencies, and influencing results.
* Experience in developing display media solutions, performance optimization, and utilizing data-driven insights.
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, often uncertain environment with a focused, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish structured processes and workflows.
* Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
