The Supply Chain Director EMEA will be responsible for:
* Leading the end-to-end supply chain strategy across the EMEA region, covering procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
* Driving transformation initiatives to modernize and optimize supply chain operations, with a particular focus on production planning and manufacturing alignment.
* Enhancing supply chain visibility and responsiveness through digital tools, data analytics, and automation.
* Collaborating with plant managers and operations leaders to align production schedules with customer demand and inventory targets.
* Managing supplier performance and strategic sourcing initiatives to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
* Leading cross-functional projects to improve supply chain agility, reduce lead times, and increase service levels.
* Building and mentoring a high-performing, regionally distributed supply chain team.
* Ensuring compliance with global standards and regional regulations across all supply chain activities.
* Representing the EMEA region in global supply chain leadership forums and contributing to the development of global best practices.
The Supply Chain Director EMEA should have the following qualifications:
* Extensive experience in senior supply chain leadership roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Deep expertise in production planning, S&OP, and supply chain optimization.
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
* Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
