Fluency in German is mandatory for the role Overview ZOLL Medical is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Specialist to support Emergency Medical Services product lines in Europe. This role will contribute to driving market engagement through the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for EMS portfolio including, but not limited to, monitor/defibrillators, automatic CPR, clinical/QA information products sold into private and public EMS services. The position will be located in Germany (preferably North-Rhein Westfalen area) and will be reporting to the EMS EMEA-LATAM Marketing Director. Responsibilities, essential functions: Strategic Marketing Execution: Collaborate with the ZOLL EMS Team and Business Partners to define, manage and execute marketing strategies and programs to drive EMS growth in the assigned market. Event and Tradeshow management: Responsible of organizing ZOLL presence in events and international tradeshows across the entire region Marketing Communications Collaboration: Work with the regional and global team in the definition and execution of marcom strategies ensuring alignment with Global guidelines. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research activities, including an up to date library of competitive product information. Performance Monitoring: Adopt a performance driven approach that allows evaluation of the impact of the different initiatives. Cross-functional support: Other duties as assigned, consistent with the company's goals, objectives and interests. Skills Requirements: Ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, across segments, organizations and regions. Adaptability, customer focused and willingness to learn, enjoying a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and handle multiple parallel projects. Strong results orientation Required/Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role involving sales support and tradeshow contributions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business or related field. Fluent in German speaking. Strong command of English essential MS Office suite. Experience on SFDC and Digital asset Management Tools is a plus. Willing to travel 25% of the time mainly in EMEA LI-AK1
