A well-established PFS located in the Mamer area is currently looking to strengthen its accounting team by recruiting a Senior Accountant specialized in SPVs and investment structures. Due to the continuous onboarding of new clients and the steady expansion of its activities, the company is seeking an experienced professional who wishes to evolve within a modern and fast-growing environment.
With a workforce of more than 60 employees, the structure offers a complete range of services through dedicated accounting, legal, tax, and HR departments. Its client portfolio is mainly composed of SOPARFIs, holdings, SPVs, and investment vehicles active in Private Equity and Real Estate.
The company also places a strong emphasis on digitalization and process optimization, providing employees with efficient tools and modern systems that simplify reporting, communication, and daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

Accounting – Finance – Fiduciary – Regulatory – Tax

You will manage the accounting follow-up of a portfolio composed of

SPVs, holdings , and investment structures

from A to Z .
You will be responsible for the preparation of

annual accounts

and

financial statements

before their submission to clients and external stakeholders.
You will

supervise

bookkeeping activities and provide

guidance

to junior team members whenever support is required.
You will maintain

regular contact

with clients, auditors, banks, and other third parties to ensure smooth communication and proper follow-up of all requests.
You will contribute to

improving

internal processes and ensuring that reporting deadlines are consistently respected.

Profile and Career Path

|

Accounting – Finance – Fiduciary – Regulatory – Tax

You have at least

5 years

of experience in accounting within a PFS, fiduciary, Big Four, or similar service provider in Luxembourg.
You already have solid exposure to

SPVs, SOPARFIs , and

investment funds , particularly within

Private Equity

or

Real Estate .
You are fluent in

English

combined with German, allowing you to work efficiently in an international setting.
You are organized,

autonomous , and

proactive , with the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy working and sharing your experience with more junior colleagues within the team.

You will receive an attractive salary package including a gross annual salary that can reach

€80,000

depending on your experience and technical level.
