Working with C-suite executives and IT leadership teams, we design and implement digital transformation programs to deliver world-class performance.

The Position:
A Senior Manager is required to contribute to our IP and drive digital transformation offerings. You will lead customer relationships and consulting teams from project planning through execution, with a focus on digitization transformation. Strong management skills and operational knowledge are essential.

Candidate Profile:
* Solid expertise in Digital Transformation, especially in Robotic Process Automation
* Extensive knowledge in business process transformation in areas like Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Shared Services, and Business Process Outsourcing
* Management experience, analytical skills, and team orientation
* Experience in developing client solutions and operating models
Responsibilities:
* Managing consultant teams to deliver client projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
* Supporting issue resolution critical to client success
* Providing technical and functional expertise
* Assisting with solution implementation
* Presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior management
* Managing client relationships and reporting progress
* Leading, coaching, and supervising junior staff
Experience and Skills:
* Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships
* Experience leading digital consulting projects
* Change management expertise
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Cross-sector solution awareness
* Experience with German, international, and global clients
Technical Skills:
* Expertise in Digital Transformation
* Knowledge of Finance systems (PTP, OTC, RTR, FPA)
* Understanding of HR and IT processes
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, and other business systems
* Experience with finance system deployment
* Awareness of current market trends
Language Requirements: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
