Job Responsibilities
1. As the overall person in charge of overseas information needs, coordinate the collection, communication and management of local information needs and provide corresponding solutions.
2. Benchmark local business digitalization plans and formulate local companies’ annual digitalization plans.
3. Responsible for formulating the annual local companies’ information budget.
4. Responsible for mobilizing internal and external resources to deliver information systems to subsidiaries.
5. Coordinate the internal IT resource pool, promote the delivery of projects with quality and quantity guaranteed, promote the full application of business systems, and continuously improve and optimize relevant systems and processes.
6. Coordinate the construction of basic networks and promote the development of global basic network infrastructure.
7. Responsible for the daily IT equipment management of overseas companies.
8. Responsible for the procurement of software, equipment and project implementation services for overseas companies, as well as other business-related work.
Job Requirements
1. Have more than 5 years of IT-related work experience, and be proficient in oral and written communication in English or Chinese in addition to German.
2. Possess strong communication and project management skills and execution capability; candidates with PMP certification are preferred.
3. Familiar with enterprise information systems, including OA, financial system, HR system, SAP, DMS, CRM, etc.
4. Familiar with basic IT operation and maintenance, network management and information security.
5. Candidates with experience in the automotive sales industry are preferred.
