We are seeking a General Manager to join our team and lead our company group to new heights in Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that our company meets its ambitious goals.
This role requires relocation to Munich to lead the local company office, following the completion of the induction program in Vilnius at Teltonika.

In this role, you will:
* Define and execute the local business strategy, aligned with global objectives, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
* Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges.
* Lead and develop teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
* Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
* Own and deliver sales and cost performance in line with regional targets, including direct involvement in building the customer portfolio.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient processes across sales, finance, HR.
* Partner with global HR and senior stakeholders to ensure local policies are aligned with global standards and business objectives.
* Oversee contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
* Partner with global and regional leadership to adapt global strategies to local market conditions, including customer needs and competitive dynamics.
* Represent the company externally, strengthening the brand and market presence in the region.
* Ensure effective logistics management, including the flow of goods and operational continuity.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, business operations, or a related field
* Solid understanding of office and administrative management processes, including systems and procedures
* Demonstrate strong experience in the hardware sector.
* Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, payroll, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
* Solid knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, compliance and administrative practices and procedures
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in cross cultural and matrix organization.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Fluency in English and German language
* High level of ownership, accountability, and leadership presence
