We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented M&A Manager (m/f/d) to (co-)lead the end-to-end M&A process by providing financial analysis, preparing decision-making materials, and ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders. The role contributes to value-creating transactions and supports broader corporate development initiatives.

o Assist in identifying and assessing potential M&A opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives
o Develop financial models, valuations, and decision support materials
o (Co-)lead due diligence processes and alignment across internal stakeholders and external advisors
o Contribute to strategic corporate development projects outside of pure M&A (e.g., partnerships, divestitures, portfolio reviews)
o Monitor market trends and maintain a pipeline of strategic targets
o Participate and (co-)lead in deal negotiations, documentation, and post-deal integration planning (as needed)
An experience that matters: your skills

o Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, potentially Masters/MBA in Finance
o 3 to 5 years of professional experience in M&A at an investment bank, M&A boutique, audit or consulting company or corporate M&A department
o Fluency in English and German
o Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
o Excellent communication and networking skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Strong collaboration skills coupled with strong value orientation (e.g. courage, curiosity, trust)
o Flexibility to travel for business purposes (max. 20% of the time)
