Nachhaltige, erneuerbare Produkte aus Biomasse – dafür steht CropEnergies. Mit unseren Produkten tragen wir zu einer klimafreundlichen Welt bei und sorgen dafür, dass fossile Kohlenstoffe dauerhaft im Boden bleiben. Neben erneuerbarem Ethanol produzieren wir wertvolle Lebens- und Futtermittel. Aktuell verfolgen wir verschiedene Projekte zur Herstellung biobasierter Chemikalien auf Basis von Ethanol. Aufgaben
1. Develop and implement a Group-wide environmental strategy to ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations.
2. Set up an environmental management system in accordance with DIN ISO 14001 or EMAS.
3. Implement Group-wide guidelines and regulations in the area of environmental compliance.
4. Coordinate and support cooperation with other departments in order to realize measures, plans and projects for the operational implementation of environmental requirements within the company.
5. Independently monitor and control the defined environmental and sustainability targets.
6. Digitize all relevant Group-wide environmental processes in a data management software and support the companies in the implementation and evaluation of relevant key figures
7. Support the development of communication concepts and training materials to promote environmental awareness and a culture of compliance within the company
Profil
8. Master´s degree in environmental engineering, management, natural science or other fields of relevance
9. Five or more years of professional experience
10. Sound knowledge of the establishment and further development of environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and EMAS, relevant environmental legislation and operational aspects of environmental protection.
11. Extensive experience in environmental compliance and environmental strategy as well as project management
12. Ability to work independently and conscientiously, manage projects reliably and in a results-oriented manner while meeting deadlines and involving stakeholders.
13. Very good knowledge of English is a must, language skills in German and French desirable
