Key Responsibilities:
* Learn to safely and efficiently control train traffic
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues in train control and dispatch centers as well as locomotive engineers
* Understand and apply complex rules and regulations to ensure safe train operations
* Gain extensive knowledge of various signaling systems, from traditional mechanical systems to modern electronic systems
* Work in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
* Successful completion of secondary education with a qualified intermediate school diploma
* Proficiency in German language (B2 level)
* Ability to remain calm and composed even in high-pressure situations
* Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
* Excellent teamwork and reliability skills
* Flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts
