Ensure every project directly contributes to Parloa’s strategic goals and delivers measurable customer value.
Partner with Staff and Principal Engineers to drive architectural excellence, reliability, and pragmatic perfectionism—design for tomorrow, build for today.
Enable fast, decentralized decision-making, encourage experimentation, and build trust by supporting your team in both successes and failures.
A proven engineering leader (8–12+ years in software engineering, 3–5+ years in people leadership) with a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems at scale.
