About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader Customer Service professional to spearhead our customer service team in Büdingen. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus within the team.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 8 employees, ensuring stability and cohesion.
* Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Plant, and Logistic teams to provide seamless customer journeys.
* Support Oracle deployment and standardize service commitments across the German organization.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and customer health.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing customer service teams.
* The ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Grit, high standards, and a high degree of initiative.
* Uphold a high-performance bar, foster accountability, and lead by example.
* Proficient written and spoken English skills.
* A university degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of job experience.
