Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (German-Speaking) Department: Customer Support Location: Remote / Serbia Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer fluent in German and English to join our global support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing Tier 1 technical assistance for our Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) and Network Security Platform. Your role will focus on troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless service, and delivering excellent customer support experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 technical support via email and ticketing systems in both German and English Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Linux systems, networking, firewalls, CDN, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF) Guide customers in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining their web and security solutions Collaborate with Tier 2/3 engineers to escalate and resolve complex or advanced issues Maintain accurate documentation for support cases and contribute to knowledge base articles Ensure clear and professional communication with customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or systems/network administration Solid foundation in Linux, networking concepts, HTTP/HTTPS, CDN, and basic web security principles Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficient in English (spoken and written) Basic proficiency in German is required (B1 level or above preferred) Nice to Have: Experience working in cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity environments Familiarity with Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) or DDoS protection solutions Exposure to customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk) Why Join Us?
