Spare Parts Business Manage r owns the Spare Parts Business the respective Strategy and Portfolio. This role also oversees the E2E Processes with the performance in the NPI Phase, Support/ Lifecycle and end of life phase for Spare Parts delivery and Circular Economy Programs. The role works in close teamwork with the service delivery stakeholders within the HPM Categories incl. R&D, Regions, global Functions (ISC-SPS, ISC-RSS) and SSI peers in a globally distributed team. The role formulates medium & long -term policies and translates them into strategic plans, collaborates with very extended teams across business/ functions/ categories to streamline E2E process. The role reviews and validates business rules, providing feedback for improvement and ensuring alignment with leadership from each involved parties. In this role, you have the opportunity to: Join our dynamic Service Operation Team within Service and Solution Innovation Category, supporting the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Business, to set up & drive efficiency service parts strategy and establish relevant spare parts portfolio. You are responsible for: Spare Parts Business ownership Articulating spare parts strategy for HPM. Establish spare parts portfolio. End to End service parts process throughout the entire lifecycle of the products of Hospital Patient Monitoring. Set up of spare parts RACI based on benchmark from technology products. Streamline current spare parts portfolio with new HPM platform. Assess & adjust pricing strategy to improve revenue generation & GM Strong support for cross-functional teams to establish clear ownership for spare parts business (PSE, PIE, ISC, Service Operation, SPS, Regions) Manages Spare Parts delivery performance to our end customers, analyze gaps via problem solving to target, leading the spare parts operations Dashboards by using Daily Managements and Problem Solving’s Methodologies in the customer service operations. Continuously improve the services delivery performance in the regions & functions by utilizing lean techniques to drive operational efficiency. Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and contribute to business financial commitments (NPI launch support with Spare Parts availability, AOP target settings for Spare Parts Fill Rate and Inventory targets). Management and customer escalation management. Interaction with Customer facing teams to enhance collaboration on management and account escalations. Budget responsibility of cost of operations and inventory for Spare Parts. Drive S&OP meetings for HPM service parts. To succeed in this role, you should have the following education, skills and experience: Bachelor degree commercial or technical 10 years of experience in supply chain processes, or a related roles (commercial background highly appreciated) Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices in spare parts lifecycle Good knowledge about HPM business & products, as well as organizational set up Strong project- and stakeholder managements skills, organizational sensitivity and ability to influence others Excellent communication, collaboration skills and conceptual thinking capabilities Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving techniques Proficiency in English language Leadership experience: Recommended due to collaboration with high - level management stakeholders across functions, categories. Possible locations for the position are Böblingen (Germany), Eindhoven (Netherlands), Poland, and Cambridge (USA).
