What you do:
* Support Business Unit Directors and Head of Accounts in defining, developing, and implementing account strategies across assigned customers
* Create, maintain, and execute strategic account plans, including growth roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder mapping
* Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities within existing accounts (cross sell, upsell, service expansion)
* Lead and coordinate commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract renewals, and service amendments
* Support or lead customer related projects, including solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate cross functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure successful delivery
* Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Develop customer proposals, business cases, and solution concepts based on data driven insights
What you got:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
* 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
* Strong understanding of 4PL services and supply chain dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the logistics sector

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
* Awareness/knowledge of Global logistics challenges, infrastructure capabilities, and transportation networks
* Ability to navigate cultural differences and communicate effectively with diverse clients and teams
* Sensitivity to regional business practices and negotiation styles
