What you'll do:
The Accelerated Sales Engagement Expert (f/m/d) RISE partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive cloud revenue growth with a strong focus on customer transformations towards the Business Suite with the RISE with SAP journey.
In this strategic role, you will align customer needs with SAP's transformation offerings, bring in domain expertise to solve customer business challenges, and grow the customer's SAP footprint to support long term customer success.
1. Lead customer engagements with deep domain expertise and guide expectations across sales and partner services
2. Understand the customer business goals and position the Business Suite and RISE with SAP as the journey to achieving them
3. Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
4. Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
5. Progress opportunities for moving to cloud/expand footprint
6. Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
7. Leverage SAP's comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
8. Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
What you bring:
9. Proven experience and deep understanding in Solution Sales and the SAP Solution portfolio, ideally with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition to drive customer value conversations
10. Strong project management skills
11. Proven contractual and negotiation skills
12. Strategic mindset with the ability to address complex customer needs
13. Full working proficiency in German and Business English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus
14. Established relationships with account teams
15. Solid experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
16. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
17. Strategic thinker, high degree of creativity and innovation

19. Strong commercial/deal support skills, especially subscription-based
