Your tasks
9. Supporting the customer service team in all administrative and organizational tasks
10. Active support of the sales team in the back office to increase efficiency and customer loyalty
11. Conducting academic consultation hours (by telephone) to advise and support customers
12. Professional complaint management and processing of invoice complaints
13. Telephone and written support and advice for existing customers to ensure their satisfaction
14. Support in acquiring new customers through targeted measures and outreach.
15. Preparation of individual offers and written processing of customer inquiries.
16. Maintaining and updating customer master data in the CRM system to optimize customer relationships.
17. Analysis and processing of sales figures as well as creation of reports for business optimization
18. Close collaboration with other departments such as logistics, marketing and accounting to ensure smooth communication.
19. Maintenance and management of social media channels, including LinkedIn, for the brand presence of Labor Dr. Bayer.
Your profile
20. Completed studies in the field of natural sciences or nutritional sciences
21. Strong independence, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
22. Solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
23. Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), and English skills.
24. Empathy, service orientation, and good communication skills in dealing with people
25. Sense of responsibility and conscientiousness.
