What the job involves Execute on a proven playbook roadmap to grow the business Lead M&A activity from origination through to integration, with support and strong backing from the PE sponsor Build and develop a high-performing leadership team to support scale and transformation Drive operational excellence, improving systems, processes, service delivery and profitability Represent the German part of the business externally and internally, building strong relationships with customers, regulators, advisors and stakeholders Report to the board and sponsor, maintaining transparency and alignment with the value creation plan Invest alongside the private equity sponsor and act as a true owner-operator Who we are looking for Proven experience as CEO in a PE-backed or entrepreneurial business in an adjacent B2B services sector.
