About the role Materials & Welding is a key section within the Approval Centre Europe of Maritime Ship Classification, which spans Hamburg (Germany) Oslo (Høvik, Norway) and Gdynia (Poland). We focus on the approval, verification, and certification of maritime assets, as well as maintaining and developing our technical standards. Our team of 17 engineers in Hamburg, Høvik,& Gdynia support global activities in materials and welding approvals, technical support, and rule development. Our expertise covers metallic and non-metallic materials, welding techniques, and additive manufacturing in the maritime industry. At the Approval Centre, you’ll work in a professional, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and international cooperation.
